Business can be conducted in Greece under several forms. Foreigners can establish all types of companies from a small limited liability to a bigger corporation for any kind of commercial activity. They can acquire shares in a company or own all the company without necessary having or being entitled to a residence permit. However, any Greek company shall have a Greek or EU Citizen as legal representative of the company towards the authorities.
